Recover your password

You can have your password emailed to your existing email address in the account as long as the email address you enter below matches what we have in the database. If you no longer have that email address or if you are having other issues such as receiving your password by email (make sure to check your spam folder, whitelist our website/domain or remove spam filters - they don't work most of the time) if you have an unpaid account then you need to sign-up for a new account with your new email address. If you have a paid account, please fill the contact us form the link on the bottom of the page and provide your existing account details - you may be asked additional questions or asked to provide additional documents to verify that you are the proper user.
